Location: Riverside, California
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM - 5 PM)
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + benefits

The Physical Therapists work in conjunction with a multi-disciplinary team to provide excellent outcomes and increased independence for our patients and their families. Physical Therapists specialize in aiding patients who have physical and/or developmental challenges by examining and evaluating data to identify problems and determine a patient's level of function.

Work Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient (On-site)

Patient Volume: 1-2 Patients per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and implement treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and establish evidence-based therapy plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
  • Provide hands-on therapy, exercise instruction, and patient education to promote optimal recovery and prevent future injuries.
  • Track patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive rehabilitation programs.
  • Educate patients and families on home exercises, pain management, and post-treatment care to support long-term health.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new treatment techniques, and best practices in physical therapy.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy, BSPT, MSPT, or DPT (2003 or later must have MSPT or DPT)
  • Currently registered/licensed in the state of California. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
  • One (1) year experience in post-acute care or related setting preferred
  • CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
