Works alongside Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) A3 staff to manage training schedules, readiness tracking, and evaluation processes for the Bomber Supplemental Trainer for Aircrew Readiness (BSTAR) program.
Duties include:
Develop and oversee the integration of the BSTAR companion trainer into the Bomber aircrew training pipeline, ensuring that it meets operational readiness goals.
Develop all prerequisite Air Force instructions and regulations needed to execute a Contractor Owned Contractor Operated (COCO) flying operation.
Track aircrew readiness metrics, qualifications, and certifications to ensure compliance with operational requirements.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the BSTAR training program and recommend improvements to ensure that readiness goals are achieved.
Prepare reports and updates on program status, including training outcomes, readiness improvements, and logistics performance.
Ensure compliance with all Air Force regulations and guidelines related to training and logistics.

Position Overview: We are seeking a technical expert and experienced leader to provide advice and assistance to AFGSC A3 in support of the Bomber Supplemental Trainer for Aircrew Readiness (BSTAR) program. The ideal candidate will support the development, integration, and execution of the BSTAR program while ensuring it aligns with operational readiness goals and Air Force regulations. This individual will also oversee training schedules, readiness tracking, and evaluation processes while advising on regulatory development to enable COCO operations.

Prepare reports and updates on training outcomes, readiness metrics, and program logistics for stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant Air Force regulations and guidelines for training, operations, and logistics.
Act as a liaison between operational staff, AFGSC leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the program.
Provide advisory and assistance services to align BSTAR training operations with evolving DoD requirements.

Travel required
Yes. Support Client participation and execution of conferences and other government/industry engagements. Approximately 30 days per year, but subject to change.
