Position Overview
The AI Integration Lead will be responsible for overseeing the integration of AI technologies into various business processes and systems. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI solutions that drive efficiency and innovation, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of AI integration projects across the organization.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to develop and deploy machine learning models.
• Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for AI integration and improvement.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the testing and validation of AI systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and maintain system architecture documentation for AI solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members throughout the integration process.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, machine learning, and neural network development.
• Strong knowledge of natural language processing and its applications.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with TensorFlow or similar frameworks.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) for AI deployment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Knowledge of system architecture and data engineering principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
