Reporting directly to the VP of Women's Wholesale, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our wholesale strategy, ensuring the brand's continued success and market presence. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with assigned accounts.
- Responsible for selling Seasonal Collections: four times a year minimum.
- Monitor shipping and merchandise flow against individual account plan.
- Perform weekly, monthly and end of season sales analysis.
- Manage sell-out, stock replenishment and proactively implement sales strategies. Analyze sales and advise on opportunities outside of clients original purchases to exceed plans.
- Provide product knowledge clinics and gain a clear overview of the business potential per market. Survey the general market for additional wholesale and retail opportunities.
- Provide collection recaps after sales campaigns addressing collection strengths and opportunities. Work closely with product team in Italy to effect positive change.
- Maintain the highest level of client service; Act as a brand ambassador.
Qualifications
- At least five to seven years of wholesale experience
- Have a passion for the fashion and luxury-goods industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel skills
- Proficient in retail math; Ability to perform sales and market analysis
- Excellent time management skills; ability to manage tight deadlines
- Must be articulate, analytical, detail oriented, organized, and professional
- Travel approximately 40%

- Physical requirements: This position involves constant moving, walking, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, sitting; may occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing step stools. May involve lifting of least 10-15 lbs.
- Regular and reliable attendance, normally on a 5-day-a-week, full time schedule (35 hours)
