BODYBAR Pilates is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Experienced Pilates Instructor to deliver dynamic classes and engage with our vibrant community. As a key member of our team, you will help our clients transform their fitness journeys while contributing to a positive and supportive studio culture. What We're Looking For
Passion for Fitness - A love for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
Strong Communication Skills - Ability to connect with members and deliver clear instructions in an energetic and motivating manner.
Knowledge of Anatomy - Understanding of basic anatomy and movement principles.
Pilates/Fitness Experience - Prior Pilates teaching experience is required.
Certification & Training - Complete the Comprehensive BODYBAR Pilates Instructor Training Program and pass each apparatus test-out to ensure the highest standards of instruction.
Positive Attitude - Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and dedicated to creating a supportive and fun studio environment.

Compensation: $30.00 - $50.00 per class hour (based on experience and performance)
Training Program: Training is required to learn the BODYBAR Method.Training is comprised of online training modules, 5 day intensive workshop taught by a BODYBAR master trainer, observation hours and test outs. If you have been comprehensively trained (450+ hours), you may be eligible for our bridge program for $750 (instead of $1500) with the potential for reduced observation hours. You will also fall on the higher end of the pay scale with peak class time opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing
Class Instruction & Member Engagement
- Teach dynamic and effective Pilates classes, following the BODYBAR method.
- Ensure each class is tailored to meet the needs of all fitness levels, delivering a safe, fun, and challenging workout.
- Create a welcoming and engaging environment for members before, during, and after class.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client questions regarding exercises, studio policies, and promotions.
Community Building
- Cultivate a positive and motivating environment by engaging with members and encouraging their fitness progress.
- Help foster a strong sense of community within the studio through events and day-to-day interactions.
Continuous Growth & Development
- Stay up to date with BODYBAR's method, mission, and goals to deliver consistent, high-quality instruction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with fellow instructors and the studio leadership team to maintain a positive and motivating studio culture.
- Take part in securing class substitutions when necessary and ensure seamless studio operations.
