We are seeking a highly skilled Geospatial Analyst/Trainer with a strong background in training, curriculum development, and digital security. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with AdTech, data integration, and visualization tools, as well as proficiency in analytics and operational support. This role involves training teams on geospatial analysis tools, collaborating with vendors, and refining automated analytics processes.

You'd like to do this:
  • Experience in curriculum development and training, especially in digital security and AdTech.
  • Proficiency in Network Survey, Shadow View, Kibana, and related tools.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with a proven ability to validate datasets and use cases.
  • Experience in data integration, visualization, and integrity management.
  • Ability to collaborate with vendors and technical teams for tool enhancement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver training and liaise effectively.

You're required to have this:
  • Bachelor's Degree, with 5-10 years of experience as an All-source Intelligence Analyst, Extensive knowledge of HUMINT, SIGENT, and GEOINT.
  • Experience utilizing ShadowView and interpreting AdTech data.
  • Strong experience in training and curriculum development, especially in digital security and AdTech.
  • Proficiency in using and tools like Network Survey, Shadow View, and Kibana.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to develop and validate use cases and data sets.
  • Experience with data integration, visualization, and managing data integrity.
  • Ability to collaborate with vendors and teams for sensor integration and UI updates.
  • Strong analytical skills to design and refine automated analytics for operational support.
  • Excellent communication skills to serve as a liaison and deliver training effectively.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $140,000

The BlueHalo pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several factors including, but not limited to, level of position, job responsibilities, geographic location, scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, alignment with local internal equity as well as alignment with market data.
