Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary: $85,000 - $93,000 plus bonus structure.

BCBA Role at Discovery ABA:

As a BCBA, you'll:
  • Conduct FBAs and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide direct ABA therapy in home and community settings.
  • Supervise and train RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and professionals.
  • Collect data to track progress and inform treatment.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development.


Qualifications:
  • BCBA Certification required.
  • LBA certification in Virginia.
  • Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Experience as an ABAT, RBT, or Behavior Technician required.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
