The Legal Intake Specialist is responsible for handling incoming client inquiries, screening potential cases, and gathering essential information for attorneys. Salary: $100-120k/yr depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients via phone, email, or online inquiries.
• Conduct initial case screenings to determine eligibility and suitability for legal services.
• Gather and input client information accurately into the case management system.
• Schedule consultations for attorneys and ensure all necessary documents are collected.
• Follow up with prospective clients and track intake progress.
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure seamless case handoffs.
