  • Day to Day Treasury Operations:
    • Monitor daily cash balances and forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs
    • Prepare cash flow templates and initiate required wire and ACH activity into Kyriba system and banking portals
    • Weekly review of AP to manage available funds
    • Forecast cash flows by gathering information cross functionally on borrowings and cash outflow requirements
    • Assist in the maintenance of the company's bank accounts including supporting opening and closing accounts, signer changes on bank accounts, and bank portal administration
    • Support loan borrowing, continuations, conversion, and repayments on corporate revolver
    • Prepare and monitor the Letter of Credits issuance and amendments
    • Update Kyriba treasury management system with activity for letters of credit and credit facilities
    • Prepare flow of funds documentation for various intercompany cash movements
    • Assist and execute treasury operations and maintain controls
  • Support all external & internal audit testing & development of new controls and ensure regulatory requirements are in compliance and operating as designed
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for management and external stakeholders
  • Support mergers and acquisitions by assessing operational impacts and integration considerations
  • Identify and propose financial risks, such as interest rate and foreign exchange risks
  • Implement best practices for treasury systems and processes
  • Resolve various ad-hoc requests from accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other business units as needed

Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business administration
  • Minimum of 3 years treasury experience
  • Ability to multitask with good time management skills to meet multiple reporting deadlines
  • Proficiency in financial software and treasury management systems (e.g. Knowledge of Kyriba system is a plus)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft office suite products, especially excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-starter with strong intrinsic motivation
  • Knowledge of financial principles and attention to detail
  • Obtaining a relevant certification, such as the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is a plus
