Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee the annual budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage monthly financial operations, including forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
  • Conduct monthly financial performance measurement and management, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Experience Delivery team to ensure financial compliance and optimize performance.
  • Maintain and update financial templates and controls, including checkbook management.
  • Oversee fixed asset depreciation schedules, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Manage cash deposits and ensure proper reconciliation.
  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable (LMA) the finance team to maintain operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team to drive strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 5+ years of financial leadership experience, preferably in hospitality, wellness, or luxury resort industries.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience with financial compliance, controls, and asset management.
  • Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
