What You'll Do:
- Develop & Lead Fundraising Strategies - Manage a comprehensive major gifts program to support CMC.
- Build & Maintain Donor Relationships - Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gift donors with a personalized approach.
- Collaborate with Leadership - Work closely with hospital executives, board members, and the KVC Foundation team to align fundraising efforts with strategic goals.
- Travel & Represent CMC - Engage with donors and stakeholders at events and meetings to share the hospital's impact.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 5-7+ years in major gift fundraising, corporate sponsorships, and board/committee engagement.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in moves management, securing major gifts, and donor stewardship.
- Communication & Relationship-Building: Ability to engage high-net-worth individuals and C-Suite executives with compelling storytelling.
- Technical Skills: Experience with fundraising and data management systems (Raiser's Edge preferred).
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
- Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license and auto insurance, and be able to travel as needed.
