What You'll Be Doing:

As Clinical Director at Treetop ABA in Mesa, AZ, you'll be the driving force behind our clinic's success:

• Inspire and Lead: Guide a passionate team of clinicians to deliver top-quality, individualized ABA therapy.

• Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that truly make a difference in the lives of children and families.

• Analyze and Improve: Track client progress, analyze data, and ensure continuous improvement in care outcomes.

• Mentor and Supervise: Provide ongoing support and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and clinical staff to foster their growth.

• Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with families, caregivers, and other professionals to deliver seamless, coordinated care.

• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest trends and research in ABA to continually evolve our practices and care.

What We're Looking For:

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active BCBA certification (required).

• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Arizona (required).

• Proven leadership experience in ABA therapy settings.

• A genuine passion for improving the lives of children and families.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment.
