The Manager, Growth Marketing Operations will be the glue of Lendio's Growth Marketing team, ensuring seamless tracking, reporting, and analytics across all acquisition efforts. This role is critical in managing our operational infrastructure, optimizing measurement frameworks, and providing strategic insights that drive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- SQL & Data Operations - Use SQL in Snowflake to extract and analyze marketing data, troubleshoot tracking discrepancies, and support automated reporting processes.
- API & Conversion Data Management - Manage and troubleshoot data flows between ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and internal systems, ensuring accurate conversion tracking and attribution through APIs and integrations.
- MQL Tracking & Reporting - Own and maintain monthly MQL reporting, ensuring accuracy and clear insights for the team.
- Budget Tracking & Reporting - Monitor and report on growth marketing spend, ensuring alignment with performance goals.
- Analytics & Attribution Operations - Manage marketing analytics infrastructure, ensuring accurate tracking across channels.
- Campaign Setup & Analysis - Support campaign execution by setting up tracking, monitoring performance, and providing actionable insights.
- Tracking Link Support - Provide UTMs and tracking link support across all paid and organic marketing channels.
- Marketing Developer Coordination - Work closely with our front-end developer to execute and track marketing experiments.
- Growth Marketing Tech Stack Management - Own and optimize marketing tools and platforms used for reporting, attribution, and campaign management.
- Affiliate Performance Data - Manage tracking, reporting, and optimization of affiliate marketing efforts.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
- You ensure every marketing initiative is accurately tracked, reported, and analyzed, empowering the team to make data-driven decisions.
- Growth marketing experiments and campaigns are set up efficiently with clean, accurate attribution.
- The team has full visibility into performance metrics, allowing for better forecasting and strategy adjustments.
- You proactively identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline growth marketing processes.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution, campaign tracking, and reporting methodologies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, BI tools (Looker, Tableau (preferred), etc.), and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with paid media tracking, UTMs, and multi-touch attribution models.
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience coordinating with developers to implement tracking and experimentation frameworks.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in both B2B and DTC environments
- Familiar with Tableau and Snowflake data environments
- Prior experience working with testing and CRO teams
