Here's a summary of responsibilities:
The mission of the USOPC's Technology Management Office (TMO) is to manage technology projects efficiently through clear governance and processes.
The Business Project Analyst will be responsible for driving and delivering quality technology services, systems, and solutions for business owners across the USOPC. The Analyst will improve business value with the effective use of technology, strive to create order, and work with diverse stakeholders to provide an optimal technology environment to enable the USOPC to accomplish its mission.
Here's how you 'll have an impact:
Business Systems Analysis
Serve as a subject matter expert on systems and applications that help the day-to-day business in addition to providing support, training, and gathering of requirements for new functionality. Develop deep knowledge of business areas and the entire product portfolio. Translate business objectives into system requirements, evaluate business needs, and design and develop high-quality business solutions. Diagnose system behavior and propose interventions to optimize performance. Contribute to business systems analysis through business systems analysis tools and techniques (SWOT analysis, Use Case Analysis, and Gap Analysis). Create and execute test cases and conduct user acceptance testing sessions with the business and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the product to production. Submit change requests to assess the impact of system modifications and align them with technical infrastructure.
Project Management
Manage technology projects that encompass diverse themes such as customer relationship management (CRM), business applications, telephony, network operations, system operations, and cyber security. Perform all phases of the project management cycle (Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor & Control, Close) for assigned or identified projects within the division. Oversee medium-sized projects to ensure adherence to digital accessibility standards. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Lead execution of change plans, facilitate stakeholder meetings, implement risk mitigation strategies, and track activities. Establish relationships with Division representatives, ensuring clear communication of their needs and priorities through regular meetings and updates to align IT resources effectively. Identify key stakeholders and project constraints to ensure a shared understanding of the project outcomes. Manage communication plans to make certain project stakeholders, roles, responsibilities, dependencies, milestones, and timelines are clear and understood by project stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned.

Here are the skills and experience you'll need to be effective:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably technology-related) or equivalent work experience
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) desirable
- Certified SCRUM Master (CSM) or Certified SCRUM Product Owner (CSPO) desirable
- 3-4 years of technology project management experience
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle
- Experience applying Agile approaches to project management
- Experience managing CRM systems projects (MS CRM Dynamics or Salesforce) desirable
- Proficient in managing project plans
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Ability to provide tangible solutions that are valuable to customers
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Ability to resolve conflict and manage multiple priorities with accuracy
- Adaptable to new types of stakeholders and technology

Here's some more information you need to know:
- Hiring pay ra nge: $ 75,000 - $90,000 Per year
- Th is Full - T ime , E xempt positio n is intended to work 4 0 hour s per week.
- Bonus: This position will be eligible for the Annual Incentive Award Program, which has a 10 % target. The USOPC may change or eliminate this program at any time at its sole discretion.
