Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for maintaining and improving the ERP environment in support of CSS Supply Chain Management, Finance and HR teams. The candidate will report to the CSS IT Manager and will interact with a corporate headquarters ERP team. The ERP Systems Administrator will represent the IT team for ERP related issues ranging from design to implementation and support.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, optimize, and support the organization's ERP system
- Ensure the system runs smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates, while also managing user access and data
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the ERP system, potentially including data migration and integration
- Configure the ERP system to meet the specific needs of the organization, potentially including implementing new modules or features
- Monitor the performance of the ERP system, identifying potential bottlenecks, and recommending improvements
- Plan, test, and implement ERP system updates and upgrades
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the ERP system
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of the ERP system and its processes
- Coordinate and train end-users on the effective use of the ERP system, including support in creating user manuals and conducting training sessions
- Coordinate with ERP Vendors and Partners for technical support, system enhancements, and integration with other business applications
- Provide leadership and guidance to business by researching, tracking and understanding new system capabilities; and recommending best practices and process efficiencies
- Support ERP Core SaaS environment which includes SCM (Procurement/Production/Sales) and FCM (Finance/Controlling/Asset)
- Support SAP LOB Solutions for MBC(Firm-Banking), Concur and an Export Control Solution Deployment
- Support integration to other systems including MES, Salesforce CRM, and HR Systems
- Attend meetings with stakeholders and headquarters to receive requirements, report status, and discuss issues

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 5+ years strong configuration experience with ERP Systems
- 5+ years of industry experience in high-tech manufacturing environment
- Extensive hands on experience of basis activities such as: ERP installation/Configuration, Upgrades, Performance Tuning, monitoring/designing transport management system, system/client copy, system dump analyses, backup & recovery strategies.
- Experience with ERP standard APIs and integrations with 3rd party applications MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), Banking, etc
- Experience creating custom reports / dashboards in ERP system
- Knowledge of ABAP / Development Workbench, Sybase and other development toolsets
- Proven leadership skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good written communication and presentation skills coupled with the ability to influence people across the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with people and translate complex concepts into easy-to-follow ideas and present to all levels of the organization.
- Ability to make important decisions under pressure

- Comfortable to work with minimal instructions and be self-motivated to achieve results.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SAP S/4 Hana
- Experience with implementing SAP S/4HANA upgrades, enhancement packs and patches
