Key Responsibilities:
The Sr Analyst - United for Business Products role is responsible for direct management of a portfolio of United's business-to-business corporate, leisure, and TMC value products. Core activities include tactical adjustment of product features (pricing, benefits, eligibility, etc.), project management of larger product launches or enhancements, and conducting broader customer needs assessments to fill product whitespaces. The role involves extensive coordination with Sales Strategy, Sales Amenities, Digital Technology, United for Business Marketing, and other United commercial stakeholders to develop and market corporate solutions to enhance business traveler benefits, agency capabilities, and B2B payment options that are industry-leading and customer-centric.
Note: This is a Chicago-based role, working a hybrid schedule with in-office requirements up to 50% of the time. This position will be required to travel up to 10% of the time.

The Sr Analyst - United for Business Products role is responsible for direct management of a portfolio of United's business-to-business corporate, leisure, and TMC value products. - Oversee specific project management activities, including ownership of project task trackers, setting timelines, aligning stakeholder activities, and assembling project deliverables.
- Continuously collect stakeholder feedback, assess commercial implications, and incorporate as needed into technical processes, product components and customer-facing policy.
- Collaborate with both other Sales groups and other United commercial departments (such as RM, Loyalty, Network, Marketing and Operations) to assemble value product components.
- Create portions of executive and leadership updates on United for Business value product activities, particularly for Sales leadership and periodic Daily Revenue Meetings.

Qualifications
What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years in marketing or commercial roles
- Organizational and project management skills, particularly in working both intra- and inter-departmentally
- Analytical capabilities, including basic understanding of data manipulation and management
- Customer focus: relativity and interest to test and develop new solutions to fit customer needs
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with airline or perishable-good economics
- Experience working in the business travel payments (e.g., UATP), financial services, or the credit card industry
- Experience crafting, drafting, and updating product terms and conditions
- Salesforce or CRM proficiency
- SQL, VBA, or other database management skills
- Basic visual and graphic design skills
