Reporting functionally to the IT Audit Supervisor and the Deputy CEO, you'll manage end-to-end audits, lead junior auditors, and help drive audit strategy and risk assessment initiatives across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support IT audits, assessing risk, control effectiveness, and compliance
- Supervise audit teams, guide planning, and ensure quality deliverables
- Communicate audit findings to management and support final report preparation
- Monitor regulatory developments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, Operations, Risk) and support regulator interactions
- Participate in audit plan development and resource management
Requirements:
- 6+ years of IT audit experience
- Strong understanding of IT risks, internal controls, and regulatory standards
Proficient in audit tools, data analytics (Excel, Python, PowerBI), and basic coding (Python, Java, JavaScript) - Knowledge of tools like ServiceNow, vulnerability scanners, penetration testing tools
