About the Role:

We're looking for a highly skilled Accounting Manager to lead financial operations and reporting at Onspire Health Marketing. In this role, you'll maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with GAAP and industry regulations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency. This position also involves office and administrative responsibilities to support business operations.
What You'll Do:

Financial Management & Reporting:

• Prepare and reconcile balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and financial reports.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual billing cycles and financial pack preparation.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting to ensure financial accuracy.
• Maintain GAAP-compliant financial records and support regulatory adherence.

Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) & Billing:

• Oversee client billing processes and manage general ledger reconciliation.
• Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Prepare staff productivity reports and collaborate with teams for timekeeping efficiency.

Office Administration & Operations:

• Serve as the main point of contact for office-related operations (parking, security, and building access).
• Oversee office lease agreements in collaboration with the VP of Finance.
• Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facility needs.
• Provide ad hoc administrative support to team members as needed.

What You'll Need:

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
5-7 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or auditing.
Strong knowledge of accounting software (NetSuite & project accounting preferred).

Skills & Qualities:
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to identify process efficiencies and implement improvements.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
Physical Requirements:

Prolongedsitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs) of office supplies or documents.
Ability to move within the office to access files, equipment, and meetings.
