POSITION SUMMARY
Titanium Healthcare is seeking a mission-driven, strategic, and people-focused leader to join us as our Director of People Operations. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our People Operations function - HR Administration, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Employee Relations - while leading a high-performing team and cultivating a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and is excited to help reimagine healthcare by empowering the people who deliver it.

This position is hybrid. Work from home and come onsite to our Garden Grove office as needed. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead the People Operations Function
- Own and evolve core HR functions including Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, Performance Management, and Employee Relations
- Develop and manage the People Ops team by modeling the leadership values we want reflected throughout the organization
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly evaluating and optimizing People Ops processes
- Identify and implement tools, systems, and vendors to increase People Ops team efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead the annual benefits renewal process, including market research, carrier negotiations, plan design, and open enrollment execution
Drive Organizational Development & Strategic Planning
- Champion a vision for the entire employee lifecycle - from recruitment to exit - with scalable processes that meet our evolving needs
- Establish strategic People Ops OKRs, track KPIs, and deliver insights to the team
- Partner cross-functionally to identify and lead opportunities for process improvement that further our mission and care model
- Build and promote Titanium's employer brand through marketing and media strategies
Lead Performance Management & Leadership Coaching
- Act as a trusted partner to leaders on People-related matters, offering strategic, compassionate, and timely guidance
- Guide leaders in setting goals, delivering feedback, and developing team members to support a culture of high performance and growth
Oversee Employee Relations & Compliance
- Manage complex employee relations issues, including direct investigations involving sensitive matters across the organization
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations; lead response to audits and maintain thorough documentation
- Mitigate risk and manage costs related to employment claims, workers' compensation, unemployment, wage/hour issues, and employment litigation
- Perform other duties and projects assigned
WHO YOU ARE
- A purpose-driven individual who cares deeply about employee experience and how it drives mission success
- A proven leader with at least 5+ years of progressive HR experience with increasing responsibility
- An experienced manager with 2+ years in a formal HR leadership role
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Minimum bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- A distraction-free home workspace with reliable and secure internet access
NICE TO HAVES
- SHRM, PHR, or other HR certification
- An MBA or JD, which can provide helpful context for strategic decision-making and compliance work
- Experience in healthcare and healthcare compliance, which can support success in our highly regulated environment
