Must have complete knowledge of product application, pricing techniques and strategy, and plan and facility capability. Project management experience preferred. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
Working Environment: Office environment. Business travel as required.

Pay Range: $100,000 to $120,000 per year, plus incentive

Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for program management from sale to delivery for assigned customer base.
- Liaisons with departments along the sales, sourcing, planning, procurement, manufacturing, and shipment process flow to ensure timelines are met.
- Provides joint/shared communications link, along with Engineering and District Sales Managers during program definition and development.
- Responsible for product/vendor selection for assigned programs and customers. Prepares product cost sheets. Works with sourcing team to secure cost reductions as required.
- Provides key point of contact and manages the timelines and budgets associated with defined programs/sales orders for assigned customers and products.
- Maintains customer relationships.
- Working with DSM, recommends sales and profit objectives for assigned customers.
- Ensures that all goals and objectives and strategies are clearly understood to achieve and maximize profitability and associated program margins.
- Collaborates with engineering for the development of new product programs and assists on technical issues with existing programs.
- Establishes objectives and reviews inventory and product mix to maximize inventory turnover and ROI.
- Maintains xRM configurations for assigned accounts.
- Some travel will be required to offer design in capabilities to our customers.
- Monitors sales activity and follow-up on target customers.
- Participates in industry seminars and trade shows to promote Canvys capabilities.
- Reviews marketing, industry, and competitive pricing intelligence.
- Continually seeks to maintain knowledge of industry trends, technology changes, economic outlook, and product costs.
