As Part of Our Team, You Will

  • Analyze market trends to support competitive and equitable pay decisions.
  • Manage and maintain salary structures and market data warehouses.
  • Conduct pay equity reviews and living wage analyses across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Partner with HR and leadership to develop and implement compensation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with global pay transparency and compensation regulations.
  • Support HR teams with data insights, compensation training, and reporting.


Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field; experience in compensation or market analysis.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of base pay structures, salary benchmarking, and pay equity laws.
  • Data & Systems Proficiency: Experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP) and compensation tools.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess complex compensation data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Ability to engage with HR leaders, finance teams, and external vendors.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $110,160 - 144,585. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate's salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.

This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company's performance and their own individual performance.
