Job Description
The VP, US Lead of System Enablement and Data Analytics will provide strategic directions to deliver optimized and harmonized processes within USMT, defining and spreading best practices and leveraging all Groupe tools (Altair, GDW, HFM, Roar, etc) to deliver improved quality, automation and streamlined processes and to minimize risks in financial processes. This role is key to understanding the technical and system capabilities needed to address business challenges, driving efficiencies and reliability into our BI team processes.

Compensation Range: $163,210 - $256,910 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. This role is key to understanding the technical and system capabilities needed to address business challenges, driving efficiencies and reliability into our BI team processes.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Groupe Financial Systems and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices
- Key liaison with Groupe system stakeholders to ensure alignment of tools and processes
- Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
- Streamline and standardizing USMT finance processes across agencies/brands with the USMT Controller in coordination with Finance Directors,
- Document the new standardized processes, create flowcharts and narratives and communicate these within teams to ensure compliance,
- Identify issues and propose action plan leveraging best practices,
- Train teams on new processes, drive change management within agencies,
- Be the link between Altair core team and USMT finance team for any Altair/Roar developments
- Provide recommendations to improve current USMT agency financial processes and to ensure that teams are working as efficiently as possible,
- Provide managerial oversight to BI System Analysis and Reporting teams
- Build best in class team for support of USMT goals
- Transactional Support Examples
- Develop and ensure change management in USMT hubs to further develop automation using Altair Solution at its best
- Review the end to end job creation/life cycle processes with the Job Management Lead to ensure there is as much as possible automation and as less as possible human interaction,
- Review, in coordination with FR&C Lead, all ways to simplify and harmonize and improve the monthly finance closing, using Altair efficiently through roll-out of best practices and focusing on automation (RA)
- Work in coordination with Re:Sources as needed,
- Assist the USMT controller with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree with 10-15 years of successful financial management experience, including leadership and cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- SAP Proficient
- Strong leadership managing multiple teams and project simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Project management skills
- Autonomous and proactive
- Team work as a core value
- Self-motivator, out of the box thinker with passion to drive reengineering throughout Finance
- Excellent system, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Functional and Technical SAP expertise
