Director of Business Development

Unifi is looking for an ambitious and energetic Director of Business Development to help us expand our clientele. You will be the face of the organization and will need the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy to those customers are your portfolio.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction within target markets and segments.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs based on Unifi's service capabilities.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients virtually and in person.
• Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to customers and internal stake holders.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Create targeted quarterly revenue targets based on customer opportunity pipeline.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in airport operations/aviation
• Results driven and eager to learn
• Ability to travel 50% of the year for customer meetings, networking events, etc.
• Prefer candidates with Aviation Experience, not a requirement
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
• Proficiency in English
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Time management and planning skills is a must
• BS/BA is a minimum requirement
