We develop and manage Apple's global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world. Description The Places Technology Services Project Manager will work closely with Places teams to understand their world, identify and conceptualize the way technology and process impact the work they do, and help guide project teams to successfully deliver innovative solutions to achieve their goals more effectively. AS A PLACES TECHNOLOGY SERVICES PROJECT MANAGER: - You facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure we're delivering the right solution, the right way, on time and on budget with the right change management and training. - You have the initiative to get into the details with customers and business stakeholders to understand their needs, pain points, and goals. You are effective at synthesizing these conversations into actionable deliverables and user stories. - You are comfortable acting as the liaison between business teams and technology teams to manage the prioritization, dependencies, gaps, and risks related to delivering exceptional results, and you are comfortable knowing when to escalate issues to the appropriate leaders. - You have a natural curiosity and the ability to effectively shift between communication and presentation styles based on the audience, from technical conversations to leadership updates. - You are eager to contribute to an inclusive environment through respecting each others' differences and listening to others' ideas to learn and influence outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years experience cultivating relationships with customers to listen, empathize, and represent their needs with cross-functional teams to solve complex process and technology problems.
- Education: BS degree or equivalent experience in project management.
- Proven experience in communicating complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with change management, creating requirements, documenting process, facilitating cross functional conversations to drive new process changes
- Experience with training end users on new technology for user adoption
