Citibank N.A. seeks an Applications Support Tech Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.
Duties: Promote stability and quality of technical support services in line with Citi's regional strategy and technology management policies. Troubleshoot application production issues including testing, maintaining, and monitoring incorporated systems and programs and provide key support for Citi's Liquidity and Cash Management Applications. Analyze complex problems and situations and propose critical technical solutions. Review, plan, and implement application change and release activities. Work with development and user acceptance testing team on new application development analysis, design and UAT test review. Configure and maintain application monitoring in production to ensure application issues are monitored proactively and react to all monitoring alerts. Investigate and resolve problem tickets and prioritize critical problems impacting business partners and clients. Manage major application incidents with operations, development, and infrastructure teams. Coordinate with internal technology stakeholders on technical issue analysis, escalation, and resolution in production. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation providing applications support services in the information technology or financial industry. Six (6) years of experience must include: Participating in application requirement reviews and design sessions to ensure applications are stable, maintainable, scalable, and expandable; Troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, and identifying and providing technical solutions for issues utilizing UNIX, Linux, Java, J2EE, Windows, IBM WebSphere Message Queue, TIBCO, Oracle, IBM ConnectDirect, SQL queries, Shell Scripting or Cloud-based platforms; Preparing complex reports for business users utilizing skills in Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server databases, and SQL Developer; Scheduling and troubleshooting Batch jobs using Autosys tool; and Executing application code deployments using IBM Udeploy tool and SQL Developer tools. 40 hrs./wk.
