Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week with the expectation of working up to 40 hours

Experience: Outpatient experience preferred; New graduates and first-time travelers accepted

License: Required state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant

Certifications: Relevant certifications for PTA practice

Must-Have: Ability to float to other clinics as needed

Job Description:

- Provide care for patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
- Work collaboratively with a team to support patient rehabilitation plans.
- Maintain a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, approximately 12-14 patients per day.
- Double-book follow-up visits as necessary to meet patient needs.
- Seek approval from the director before working any additional hours beyond the standard schedule.
- Deliver care in various clinic locations as needed to provide comprehensive patient coverage.
