The Manager / Senior Manager FPA (Financial Planning & Analysis) is a part of our Finance team and would partner with our Sales and Engineering Services leaders. Position will be at Manager to Senior Manager level dependent on experience.

- Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience in finance with progressive responsibility.
- Three or more years of experience preparing financial planning and analyses for operational decision making and conducting P&L analysis.
- Three or more years of experience creating financial models and projections to support multi-functional decision-making for sales and services leadership.
- Experience developing and continually improving budgeting, financial projections and operating forecasts.
- Experience providing insights to the management team to help them make informed business decisions and collaborating with senior management to enhance operational excellence.
- Ability to analyze compensation and benefits packages to ensure they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Ability to develop and maintain extended financial forecasts for ESOP valuation and strategic outlook.
- Ability to perform pricing and margin analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), Outlook email, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a business system.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and communicate financial information to non-financial managers.

- Master's in Business Administration (MBA).
- Certified Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Professional (FPAC), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and/or Certificate in Financial Modelling and Valuation.
- Ten or more years of experience in finance with progressive responsibility.
- Seven or more years of financial planning and analysis.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis in three or more industries.
- Five or more years of experience creating financial models and projections to support multi-functional decision-making.
- Three or more years of experience with inventory and supply chain metrics.
- Two or more years of experience analyzing compensation and benefits packages.
- Two or more years of experience with sales compensation analytics and modeling.
- Prior experience creating dashboards and other management reporting.
- Prior experience in FP&A for an ESOP.
- Two or more years of developing and maintaining extended financial forecasts for ESOP valuation and strategic outlook.
- Three or more years of experience producing equity holder presentations for ESOP and debt holders.
- Five or more years of experience performing pricing and margin analytics.
- Three or more years of experience leading people.
- Five or more years of experience leading projects across functions.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Experience with Vena or other budgeting, planning, and management reporting software.
