What You'll Do:

• Utilize your comprehensive understanding of operations, finance, sales, marketing, competitive dynamics, and regulatory issues to craft insightful business analyses.
• Research and understand client needs using business knowledge, external awareness, and depth of experience to define the executive vision and strategic objectives.
• Use your project management expertise by ensuring client project objectives, deadlines, and budgets are met.
• Engage with a diverse group of professionals who share your dedication. Collaboratively address issues, facilitate knowledge transfer, and provide mentorship on emerging skills and processes.
• Apply industry-leading best practices and metrics to enhance business processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide excellence in client delivery and become a trusted advisory for MSSBTA clients.
• Successfully manage complex and high-risk situations, addressing group dynamics, conflicts, and concerns with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.

What You'll Bring:

• Consulting expertise in diverse functional areas and cross-industry experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management or related experience.
• Success in guiding digital transformation projects and managing/implementing ERP solutions.
• Possess a comprehensive grasp of the overarching strategic objectives while also exhibiting the ability to chart actionable pathways toward these goals.
• Demonstrated capacity to provide high-level guidance and direction for task execution, with a commitment to ensuring team accountability.
• Proficiency in grasping complex business processes.
• Track record of effectively leading teams to deliver value, maximize growth, and enhance business performance.
• Intuitive problem-solving ability and adaptability to diverse challenges.
• Familiarity with IT and Change Management a plus.
