We specialize in James Hardie siding, replacement windows, and roofing across the greater Austin area. With a dedicated canvassing team that fills your calendar with warm leads, you'll meet interested homeowners, build trust, and guide them through transformational upgrades with clarity, empathy, and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run qualified in-home appointments generated by our canvassing team
  • Consult with homeowners to understand their needs and present tailored exterior remodeling solutions
  • Capture key project details and accurately relay specs to production
  • Navigate efficiently between appointments within a 25-mile radius
  • Educate clients on the value of James Hardie siding and other high-quality materials
  • Close deals confidently while ensuring a no-pressure, consultative experience


Qualifications
  • Reliable transportation and ability to cover appointments within designated territory
  • Available to run 1-3 qualified appointments per day, Monday-Saturday
  • Experience in in-home sales, preferably in exterior remodeling or with James Hardie siding
  • Familiarity with JobNimbus CRM is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver an exceptional customer experience
