You will work closely with our CEO and Founder, develop innovative sales strategies, and expand our sales team in the AMERICAS markets. Your expertise in acquisition, lead generation, negotiation, and presentation skills will make a difference.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop and expand new team partners, leaders, and sales managers.
Support and advance existing sales teams.
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Lead and coach internal sales professionals and external distribution partners.
Conduct sales presentations, training, and promotions.
Plan and lead sales events, national and continental conventions.
Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to ensure strategic alignment.
Analyze performance and market trends to optimize sales processes.
Regular travel within the region to support and train teams.
What You Bring:
Over 10 years of experience in a senior sales position in an international direct selling company.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies.
Strong analytical skills and market research expertise.
Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for team development.
Passion for direct selling, networking, and customer relationships.
Fluent English skills; additional language e.g. Spanish is a plus.
