HealthPRO Pediatrics has a great full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA opportunity in the Fort Hood, TX area. This is a full-time, in-person position that will service our kiddos in-home! Our BCBAs work 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday with some Saturday sessions as requested) and qualify for full benefits as well as generous PTO accrual. This position is salaried, and you can expect a yearly salary of $80,000 - $88,000 based on your experience. BCaBAs and QASPs will be considered as well!

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments, design and implement measurable, evidence-based goals across environments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) while maintaining insurance standards and deadlines
  • Supervise, train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Implement and supervise behavior data collection systems for continuous evaluation based on payor requirements and authorizations
  • Conduct regular parent training and consultation based on payor requirements and authorizations
  • Participate in weekly clinical meetings and monthly staff-wide trainings
  • Communicate with insurance companies and other care providers
  • Stay current on research and evidence-based practices
  • Maintain accurate "CAQH" profile and NPI
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, medical providers, and educators
  • Manage electronic data collection system and store all records in the EMR
  • Perform accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system and complete documentation of services promptly
  • Adhere strictly to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's Code of Ethics

Qualifications

  • Required: Master's Degree or PhD in Applied behavior Analysis, education or other related field
  • Required: CURRENT AND ACTIVE Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and licensure if applicable per state
  • Required: Experience working with children ages 0-16 implementing ABA; experience implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis; Educational, Speech, or Allied Health Services experience
  • Required: 3-5 years working with children with developmental disability
  • Preferred: Experience working with children ages 0-16 implementing ABA in a classroom or clinical setting; experience implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis; Educational, Speech, or Allied Health Services experience
