This Neonatal APP will support our Northern Utah Geography, which includes 8 Neonatologists and 12 Neonatal APPs.

What you'll bring:
Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Utah state license as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Utah state controlled substance license
Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
1+ Years of Neonatal APP experience

About this role:
This Neonatal APP will support our Northern Utah Geography, which includes 8 Neonatologists and 12 Neonatal APPs.
- Primary location will be Logan Regional Hospital's level II NICU, located in Logan, Utah. Our Neonatal APPs in Logan provide onsite coverage 24/7 and collaborate with local pediatricians. Neonatologists are also available 24/7 via our extensive telemedicine program for consult.
- Group also provides care at McKay-Dee Hospital's level III 32 bed NICU & Layton Hospital's level II 10 bed NICU. It's anticipated you will float to McKay-Dee on a monthly cadence, with potential to cover other locations on very rare as-needed occasion.
- Supported by qualified staff including RNs, Respiratory Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Dietitians, CNAs, among others.
- Our APPs report directly to an AP Director, who is also a practicing Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
- Full time, this APP will be scheduled an average of 6 12-hour shifts per biweekly pay period. At Logan, this is typically done in 24-hour increments.
- Due to the 24/7 nature of our work after orientation, shifts will require a mix of days, nights, weekends, holidays. You will be eligible for shift differentials ranging from 10-50% additional income when working nights, weekends, holidays, or critical extra shifts.
