The Position

The Lead will work closely with senior leadership to shape the digital presence of the organization and ensure that all digital communications initiatives are aligned with our overall brand and business goals. This role demands a blend of creative vision, strategic insight, and strong leadership to drive measurable results across various digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Create the digital communications style guide that drives internal and external content and channel strategy and supports the overall OGN brand and culture positioning.
- Develop compelling digital content strategies across a variety of platforms (website, social media, email, blogs, digital ads, etc.) ensuring messaging consistency, relevancy, and alignment with brand voice.
- Work closely with marketing, public relations, creative, and product teams to ensure alignment of digital communications with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Oversee strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and grow digital audiences through targeted messaging, optimized campaigns, and data-driven decisions.
- Analyze digital performance data, derive actionable insights, and provide regular reports to senior leadership on the effectiveness of digital strategies and tactics. Use data to continuously optimize strategies and tactics.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to keep the organization's digital communications strategy ahead of the curve.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital communications professionals, providing clear direction, fostering creativity, and ensuring high standards of performance.
- Support the organization's digital response strategies in times of crisis, ensuring that messaging is timely, clear, and aligned with the company's values and public image.
