By translating the strategic vision of HR technology and services into actionable directives, you ensure Ahold Delhaize has the processes and structures in place to continue our high-level performance.

As Transformation Consultant, you will be joining our HR Tech, Data Innovation & Associate Experience department. Our HR department is the driving force behind the people in our organization. - Strategic Implementation: Develop detailed project plans that translate the strategic vision of HR technology and services into specific, actionable initiatives. Ensure all transformation projects are aligned with broader organizational goals and strategic objectives. Establish clear milestones and deliverables for each project.
- Efficiency Optimization: Identify opportunities for right-sourcing to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency. Implement process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Develop and track key performance metrics to measure the impact of efficiency initiatives.
- Transition Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions of work processes, minimizing disruption to operations. Engage with stakeholders to communicate changes, gather feedback, and address concerns.
- Capability Frameworks: Design comprehensive capability frameworks that outline the skills and competencies required for various roles within the organization. Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for development. Implement targeted training and development programs.
- Service Delivery Models: Design and refine support and delivery models to enhance service delivery and operational excellence. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of service delivery models and adjust as needed. Incorporate industry best practices and innovative approaches.
- Innovation: Envision and incorporate innovative practices and technologies to prepare the organization for the future of work. Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving and continuous improvement. Develop and implement pilot programs to test new ideas and technologies.
- Performance Improvement: Champion initiatives that enhance business performance, user experience (UX), and customer experience (CX). Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transformation projects. Implement a continuous improvement framework.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the Lead HR Tech & Services Strategy & Transformation and Transition Consultants to ensure cohesive and coordinated efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across regions and functions. Develop and implement effective communication strategies.

Requirements
We think you'll be best geared for success if you meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR transformation, change management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale transformation projects.
- Familiarity with HR technology and service delivery models.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Expertise in change management principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and a forward-looking approach to incorporating innovative practices and technologies.
- Proficiency in HR technology platforms and tools.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and environments.
