FNA Group seeks a Product Manager who will help identify customer needs and business objectives that a product or a product feature should fulfill. Understand the market, analyze competition, and gather insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, sales and marketing to motivate and facilitate the product development process, overseeing the entire product lifecycle.

Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Establish new, and drive the execution and/or improvement of, existing processes in the product lifecycle. Including stage gates, product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
  • Lead and execute continuous improvement of the Commercialization process.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, and technical requirements.
  • Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communications.
  • Lead all aspects of product and related accessory creation through commercial launch and complete lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization.
  • Work with marketing to guide the creation of all retail product carton and accessory packaging design and content across multiple FNA owned and managed brands.
  • In collaboration with marketing, develop value propositions, product positioning and messaging that differentiates FNA across primary market segments.
  • Work with marketing to develop and execute product launch strategies across market segments, target audiences, and educate sales teams and customers.
  • Serve as SME for the product and accessory categories and work with marketing on communication projects including, but not limited to, product videos, influencer marketing, and editorial reviews.


Required Skills / Abilities:
  • High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite of products to include PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills; in person, on the phone, in writing, and on video calls.
  • Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy; ability to multitask.
  • A solid understanding of e-commerce and retail buying environments.
  • Bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English is a plus.


Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering strongly preferred; or Business management, however a combination of relevant experience and education will be considered.
  • The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering with coursework in product engineering, or specialized in industrial or mechanical engineering.
  • 3+ years of product management experience, with preferred experience in launching products sold within consumer retail brick and mortar and omni channel distribution.
  • Strong experience in a dynamic product management role.
  • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
  • Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies.
  • Experience within the outdoor power equipment or power tool industry is a plus.
