This is a key role in Global FP&A responsible for the coordination, development and analysis of the operating and capital budgets, forecast and three year strategic plans of ManpowerGroup.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Assist with consolidation, validation, and reporting of monthly forecast Assist with three year strategic plans globally and the regional target setting process Assist with the preparation the annual strategic plan book distributed to the Board of Directors and the Executive and Global Leadership Teams Participate in monthly management meetings to gain insight into global markets and provide summary feedback to Executive Team Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required by various departments throughout the organization and global executives.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS: Help drive standardization in global management reporting and serve as technical support for subsidiaries Drive forecast accuracy and timeliness as a key resource for Regional and Country Finance Directors Support global executives on special projects related to strategic initiates and prepare presentation material Develop and maintain key process flow documentation for all Global FP&A procedures Assist in process improvement including leveraging technology opportunities

COMPETENCIES: Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with regional finance leadership and members of the executive team Ensures deadlines are met with a focus on accuracy Understands the complexities of a global organization and is capable of working across different time zones, cultures, and countries Openness to flexible work schedule during certain times of the year in order to complete deliverables Demonstrates a willingness and creativity to solve problems without prompting, self-starter

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA / MBA desired 5+ years of relevant work experience in the Accounting / Finance field, preferably in a global organization and/or Fortune 500 Company Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint Previous experiences with exchange rates and foreign currencies is preferred Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) desired
