KPMG is currently seeking a Digital Adoption Manager to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of the Navigator Network operating model, ensuring seamless recruitment, onboarding, continuous learning, and service evolution; oversee the launch and implementation of AI-driven services, collaborating with the Digital Workplace team to ensure alignment with KPMG's AI Strategy
  • Identify and implement innovative technology solutions to support the Digital Network operating model and foster community connections across the firm; develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders, focusing on user experience, value, and impact
  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the Network's performance and drive continuous improvement; champion the Digital Navigator model within Digital Nexus and Business Enablement teams, sourcing and nurturing new talent
  • Design and deliver advanced learning experiences with KPMG's GenAI tools and technologies, building excitement and understanding of AI initiatives; stay abreast of the latest developments in GenAI tools, models, and services, providing expert guidance and support to employees, leadership, and guests
  • Create and disseminate engaging multimedia content related to GenAI tasks and projects, supporting both functional and firmwide use cases; conduct high-impact training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one consultations, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation

Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in technology solutions implementation or professional services at a SaaS company; minimum two years of recent experience in a managerial role; experience with large-scale enterprise transformations; expertise in creating and optimizing prompts for GenAI tools
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Proven ability to lead and facilitate team discussions, build training curriculum, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve alignment and support; strong passion for AI Solutions with a consultative and customer service orientation; passion for helping others; proficient with tools like M365 and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Capability to understand and leverage the technical possibilities and limitations of AI tools to brainstorm and implement creative solutions; experience delivering technology training in a large enterprise setting; familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, Generative AI, and AI Agents
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences; background in organizational change management or learning and development is preferred
  • Ability to simplify complex subject matter and make it accessible to various stakeholders; deep knowledge of KPMG's AI Tools and Solutions, with the ability to demonstrate and explain their use to visitors; capability to guide visitors through the process of developing their own AI solutions, from ideation to implementation
