Overview
Publicis Media's Business Platforms is an integrated platform that streamlines the process of tracking, analyzing and delivering data solutions across various teams. The team is pivotal in realizing the Product vision by building successful and innovative technology solutions. The VP of Data Operations and Analytics is responsible for analyzing data, generating requirements, building documentation and supporting the Product team and Engineers in the development of data products.

Compensation Range: $163,210 - $256,910 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 5/5/2025

The VP of Data Operations and Analytics is responsible for analyzing data, generating requirements, building documentation and supporting the Product team and Engineers in the development of data products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy that supports business growth and innovation.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data infrastructure, governance, and security frameworks.
- Foster a data-driven culture across the team.
- Optimize data pipelines, warehousing, and integrations to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee data quality, lineage, and governance to support trusted decision-making.
- Lead teams in building analytical models, dashboards, and predictive insights.
- Drive the development of AI/ML capabilities to enhance decision-making and automation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing data team, including engineers, analysts, and scientists.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align data initiatives with business objectives.
- Work closely with IT, product, marketing, and operations teams to maximize data impact.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data operations, analytics, or related leadership roles.
- Strong technical expertise in data architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI) and big data technologies.
- Deep understanding of data privacy, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
