Overview

Join our dynamic agency team as a Senior Analyst focused on organic social media performance. With oversight from a larger analytics team, this net-new role requires a self-starter to co-develop and own organic social reporting, collaborate with various teams, and interact with client stakeholders to drive impactful social media strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Track and evaluate organic social media post metrics
  • Create clear, actionable reports for internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform content creation and enhance engagement strategies
  • Identify and analyze long-term social media trends and audience behaviors to inform strategic decisions
  • Work closely with the paid media team, social media strategist, and website analytics analyst to integrate insights and optimize strategies
  • Establish processes and best practices for the social media reporting function
  • Serve as a contact for clients regarding social media performance, presenting findings and recommendations


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in social media analysis or digital marketing analytics, preferably within an agency environment
  • Strong quantitative reasoning with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Tableau
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly to both internal teams and clients
  • Comfortable using PowerPoint and adhering to templates and brand guidelines for reporting
  • Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of projects and develop new processes independently
  • Adept at identifying issues and providing data-driven solutions to enhance social media strategies
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and support client relationships
  • Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic agency setting


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with social media data sets and platforms
  • Familiarity with website analytics concepts
  • Previous experience working with external agency teams and managing client relationships

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $110,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
