What You'll Do:
  • Run pre-set, confirmed appointments with homeowners no cold calling or door knocking.
  • Deliver consultative, in-home presentations using a proven sales system.
  • Close high-ticket sales on the first visit using a needs-based approach.
  • Use your emotional intelligence and communication skills to build trust and rapport.
  • Close preset leads from a well-developed sales pipeline
  • Track your KPIs ( NSLI ) using our CRM and performance tracking tools.
  • Represent the P.J. Fitzpatrick brand with integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Strong in-home or B2C sales background preferred (but we train coachable people!)
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage your schedule, stay organized, and meet sales goals.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and comfortable using tech to manage appointments.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $85,000 - $300,000+ per year 100% commission with uncapped earning potential
