Job Title:Sales Enablement Manager

Location: San Mateo, CA- hybrid schedule
Duration: 6 month contract, 40 hours/weekly
Pay Rate:$50.00-$60.00/hourly

Job Description:
The Sales Enablement Manager equips the sales team with tools, content, and insights to drive efficiency and effectiveness. This role bridges marketing and sales to align strategy with execution, supporting revenue growth. Success requires balancing long-term strategy with immediate execution in a fast-paced environment, managing cross-functional projects, and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders. Reporting to the Senior Director of B2B Marketing and Sales Enablement, you'll collaborate across teams to drive impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct ongoing training sessions to keep the sales team informed about product updates, market developments, and effective sales techniques.
Develop and maintain current sales collateral, including case studies, product data sheets, presentations, and demos, to support seller engagement with prospects and customers.
Foster alignment between sales and marketing teams to ensure consistency in goals, messaging, and strategic direction.
Monitor and assess sales performance to pinpoint areas for improvement, refine strategies, and evaluate the impact of sales enablement efforts.
Collaborate with Revenue Planning, Product Marketing, and Sales Leadership to develop sales strategies for new product launches.
Identify, implement, and oversee tools and technologies that enhance lead tracking, relationship management, and deal closure for the sales team.

Qualifications:
4+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales enablement, sales, or marketing.
Familiarity with content management systems and learning management systems.
Strong understanding of sales processes, operations and methodologies.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools.
Experience in retail, ecommerce or technology
