Join Alphanumeric and support a leading global consumer health brand as an HR Generalist - Level 3 at their high-performance manufacturing facility. In this impactful role, you'll serve as a strategic HR partner-driving talent, engagement, and compliance efforts that empower plant operations and employee success.
Position Summary:

As the on-site HR lead, you'll collaborate with plant leadership to cultivate a strong workforce culture, implement HR programs, and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. From recruitment to employee relations and training to compliance, you'll manage full-spectrum HR functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management & Workforce Planning

Lead end-to-end recruitment for plant roles

Partner with managers to assess staffing needs and support succession planning
Employee Relations & Engagement

Serve as a trusted resource for employee concerns and conflict resolution

Promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives

Manage performance improvement and disciplinary processes
Compliance & Policy Enforcement

Ensure compliance with OSHA, FMLA, FLSA, EEOC, and state/local labor laws

Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook

Conduct workplace investigations and recommend corrective actions
Training & Development

Implement employee training and onboarding programs

Support leadership development and skills training

Lead performance review cycles and feedback processes
Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations

Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with corporate HR

Conduct job evaluations and maintain competitive wage structures

Assist employees with benefit-related questions and enrollment
HR Reporting & Systems

Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.) and generate insights for leadership

Maintain accurate personnel records and HRIS entries (Workday)

Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment

Strong working knowledge of employment laws and safety regulations

Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters professionally

Proficient in HRIS systems (Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite
