GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
We are seeking a results-driven Mortgage Sales leader to lead our mortgage loan officers to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional member service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage lending, leadership experience, and a proven track record of driving production and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, and internal stakeholders.
This position is onsite at our West Little Rock headquarters.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruit, Hire, and Develop Sales Team: Identify, interview, and onboard top mortgage loan originators. Team Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and career development to maximize each mortgage originator's performance. Hold Employees Accountable: Set clear expectations, monitor performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure team members meet or exceed their goals. Drive Mortgage Production: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase mortgage loan volume while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Sales Meetings: Schedule and lead regular group sales meetings to discuss production goals, strengths/opportunities, and provide feedback for the continued growth and success of the sales team. Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, financial advisors, and other referral sources to generate new business. Monitor Performance: Track team performance metrics, provide coaching, and implement sales initiatives to enhance productivity. Ensure Compliance: Stay informed on industry regulations and company policies to ensure all loan originations meet compliance standards. Enhance Member Experience: Promote a member-first culture by ensuring smooth and efficient mortgage processes and excellent service. Market Expansion: Identify growth opportunities within existing and new markets to expand the company's mortgage footprint. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business related field.
- 5 years mortgage lending experience in a financial institution or mortgage company
- 5 years related management experience
- Possess a valid/current Drivers License and must be able to obtain/maintain automobile insurance.
- Working knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC, HUD, VA, USDA, PMI, and investor programs.
- Registered and approved by the Federal National Mortgage License System (NMLS) registry within 90 days of hire date.
