Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong connections with families, residents, and service providers to ensure the delivery of exceptional, personalized care.
- Team Leadership: Build a high-performing, teamwork-driven environment by effectively mentoring, empowering, and supporting staff. This includes leading hiring, onboarding, and performance management initiatives.
- Community Management: Maintain excellent service standards across all departments, ensuring our award-winning personalized care philosophy is consistently delivered.
- Financial Oversight: Responsibly manage community budgets and census levels, collaborating closely with marketing and corporate teams to ensure ethical and strategic use of resources.
- Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with other Agemark communities and national support teams to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven prior experience in senior living management or a closely related field is essential.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in managing teams and budgets will be considered.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable and proficient with technology, including the Microsoft Office 365 suite and various web-based platforms.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated strong planning and prioritization abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with team members, residents, families, and the local community.
