Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Growth:

In this role, you will develop and execute high powered marketing strategies for D2C, retail, and social media growth. You will elevate brand positioning with compelling storytelling across all channels and leverage AI-driven insights to refine campaigns and enhance customer engagement. Leading multi-channel marketing efforts, from influencer partnerships to experiential activations, will be a crucial part of your responsibilities.

AI & Data-Driven Marketing:

You will implement AI-powered customer segmentation and predictive analytics, utilizing automation and machine learning to optimize content, pricing, and campaigns. Driving personalization with AI-powered recommendation engines and developing real-time data dashboards for tracking performance will be essential.

Digital, Social & Influencer Marketing:

Boosting social media engagement with some AI-optimized strategies, leading SEO, content creation, and programmatic advertising, and using AI-powered tools to identify high-impact influencers and partnerships will be key tasks. Monitoring brand reputation with real-time sentiment analysis will also be part of your role.

Retail & B2B Growth:

You will expand wholesale and retail partnerships with data-driven strategies, enhance trade marketing and merchandising with driven insights, and optimize supply chain forecasting using predictive analytics. Using AI-powered CRM tools for B2B lead generation and client engagement will be important.

Customer Experience & Innovation:

Developing AI-driven chatbots and virtual skincare assistants, building loyalty programs with hyper-personalized rewards, and optimizing UX.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Leading and mentoring a team of marketing, digital, and social media experts, partnering with product development, IT, sales, and data teams, and shaping the brand's marketing innovation roadmap will be essential.

What You'll Track (Key Reports & Metrics)

You will track marketing performance, including ROI, engagement rates, CPA, and CLV. Monitoring customer insights such as demographics, purchasing behavior, and market driven segmentation will be crucial. You will also track SEO and content metrics like organic traffic, keyword rankings, and CTR, as well as paid ads and PPC metrics such as ROAS, CPC, and conversion rates. Social media growth metrics, including followers, engagement, and brand sentiment, will be important, along with e-commerce and sales metrics like cart abandonment, AOV, and repeat purchases. B2B and retail metrics, including sell-through rate, inventory turnover, and profit margins, and AI-powered predictive analytics for future trends and high-value customer insights will also be tracked.

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role (beauty/skincare preferred)
  • Proven track record in creative marketing strategies
  • Deep expertise in D2C, retail, social, and digital transformation
  • Strong data-driven mindset & hands-on experience with some AI tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic skills
  • Passion for beauty, innovation, and customer engagement
