Must have 5+ years of experience as a licensed Attorney in the following areas of law: Business/Corporate Law, Bankruptcy, Intellectual Property/Trademark, & Trust/Estate Planning.

Must have a book of business worth 500k+

This position is an independent contractor position/1099 & 100% REMOTE

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage and grow your existing book of business while exploring opportunities to expand your client base.
• Collaborate with other attorneys within our network to share insights, strategies, and resources.
• Stay current with legal trends and technologies to deliver the highest level of service.

What You Need for this Position

Must Have Skills
1.) 5+ years of experience as a licensed Attorney

2.) Experience in the following areas of law are highly preferred: Business/Corporate Law, Bankruptcy, Intellectual Property/Trademark, & Trust/Estate Planning

3.) Book of business worth 500k+

4.) Good Standing/State Bar License in FL
