Supporting the omni-channel implementation strategy, as well as driving the day-to-day tactics to achieve operational excellence. You will be part of the team leveraging our store network to deliver the best fulfillment experience for our customers.

What you'll do
- Support our omni-channel business with a powered-by-data mentality to drive continuous improvements
- Extract, review and prepare data for analysis & reporting using SQL and other programming languages
- Support scenario planning with ad-hoc analysis on high profile initiatives
- As subject matter expert of our omni-channel fulfillment programs, recommend business practices and procedures that result in reduced complexity, improved customer experience, increased productivity, and reduced costs
- Collaborate with product and tech stakeholders to champion technology solutions and improvements to enable omni-channel excellence
- Partner and empower store operations to improve consistency, timeliness, and accuracy of omni-channel fulfillment programs
- Acting as key point of understanding on process, data, and capabilities to unlock and solve business issues
