The Work:
Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation within Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a highly qualified analyst to support the dynamic and growing Marine Corps Systems (MCS) market segment.
The position will provide an excellent opportunity to gain knowledge about the CH-53K and VH-92A programs, gain exposure to key program and F&BO senior executives, and actively manage the growing CH-53K International portfolio.
The keys to success in this role will be the ability to maintain a high standard of performance in a fast-paced, demanding environment with rapidly changing priorities and the ability to synthesize detailed data into actionable information for leadership review/decision-making. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and time management skills, be team oriented, have a strong work ethic and initiative, and be detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task with a variety of cross-functional organizations.
This role will have direct oversight over a portfolio of existing contracts and be responsible for the financial oversight of all related components.
Key responsibilities related to managing related contracts and programs within this role include:
Manage the monthly closing & forecasting process, variance analysis and reporting in support of internal management review meetings including but not limited to Orders, Backlog, P&L, Cash and Balance Sheet metrics.
Provide input into the MCS Long Range Plan and Operating Plan
Prepare all financial components in support of financial presentations and reporting for Marine Corps Systems including supporting Monthly program reviews and Quarterly CSRs
Support external and internal audit requirements as needed, along with USG audit requirements.
Ensure the accuracy of all related monthly financial statements related to supported programs
Establish a standard business rhythm for new programs including Earned Value support, FP&A, and standard reporting
Establish positive working relationships with all functional areas and levels of program management to ensure they are getting the proper level of finance support required to make informed business decisions to drive compliant, profitable execution of all programs
Drive / embrace process improvement initiatives, which includes creating / maintaining standard work, along with active participation in all other finance Enterprise Excellence initiatives
Support ad hoc reporting and analysis for Senior Management as required

Basic Qualifications
- Experience with Earned Value Management
- Financial Planning (e.g. - Month End Close, Outlooks, LRP, CSRs)
- Ability to apply skills and knowledge to provide sound data-driven analysis and decision making
- Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellence in financial systems and tools (eg: SAP/Hyperion) as well as Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
- Demonstrated strategic thinking

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
