Summary of Job Description:

The Senior Supply Chain Operations Analyst position is responsible for the implementation and governance of the system, process, training, and document library to improve the department's efficiency and effectiveness. This position is responsible for maintaining a high standard of data accuracy by partnering with SCM subfunctions, to promote data-driven decision making with the Business Analytics team for Supply Chain and Panda's strategic growth.

You'll get a chance to:
  • Develop, configure, and govern the Supply Chain Document Library solution.
  • Establish and implements the Supply Chain contract repository process. Govern, and monitor the adoption of the process.
  • Collaborate with all Supply Chain functional teams to understand the business processes (pricing, item setup, etc.), configure the self-service processes through systems
  • Enhance system integration to minimize manual intervention.
  • Set up and maintains key Panda systems on centralized system administration effort.
  • Provide training on Supply Chain day-to-day systems, reports, and dashboards developed by Business Analytics at a regular cadence. Act as knowledge transfer ambassador of systems, and tools to empower the Supply Chain functional teams.
  • Engage in establishing the data governance mechanisms, creating data standards, monitoring processes, and proposing action plans to ensure data quality.
  • Continuously improve Supply Chain Operations and Supply Chain fundamental processes to drive efficiency and build a solid foundation for the department.
  • Work on other ad-hoc system and process initiatives as needed.

Your background & experience:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum five years of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in a multi-unit food service organization
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required training
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
  • If hired, successful completion of annual store training


Pay Range: P3: $80,000 - $126,500 / Annual

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
