Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize a comprehensive VIP loyalty program to align with company goals, guest needs, and market trends, ensuring maximum revenue, engagement, and guest satisfaction
- Design targeted campaigns and personalized offers to attract high-value players, increase their spending, and improve retention, while identifying and nurturing potential VIPs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create exclusive promotions and offerings, and ensure VIP revenue targets are met or exceeded
- Recruit and manage VIP players through personalized engagement strategies, segmentation, and maintaining criteria for VIP qualification and tracking
- Lead a dedicated VIP management team to provide premium guest experiences, engage top-tier VIPs through special events and rewards, and enhance retention
- Analyze and report on VIP program effectiveness, track key performance indicators such as retention rates and lifetime value, and manage the budget to ensure strong return on investment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer loyalty, VIP management, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue and retention in online gaming, sports betting, or land-based gaming environment
- Strong knowledge of VIP program mechanics, customer lifecycle management, and loyalty strategies
- Proven ability to analyze customer data, segment audiences, and use insights to drive actionable marketing and program improvements
- In-depth understanding of the online casino and sports betting industry, with awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Ability to travel and be available outside of normal business hours
